I did the college thing, and earned my MBA. I got the corporate job where I was working a million hours a week. Then I crashed, hard. My body wasn’t able to keep up with the demand and it stopped working. Slowly at first, with headaches and stomach issues. The imbalances became increasingly unable to ignore, suffering from anxiety and depression and anger issues all at the same time. Then one night I had a seizure. And that was the beginning of the end of that life for me. 

3 years in bed doing multiple alternative healing modalities along with western medicine, letting go of everything I thought I knew about myself and the world, led me to who I am today. And I will never go back. 

I see the signs now. When people are in the various phases of burn out. When their bodies aren’t working right, but they feel like it’s just a part of life and they have no choice. There is an enormous amount of power here that can be shifted as we take back charge in our lives and create one we are happy with. No matter what, we are creating our life. Make the choice to consciously craft it, instead of feeling like a victim to it. “What you’re not changing, you’re also choosing” – Bruce Lee

Sometimes we all need a little help. I am skilled working in the energetic and spiritual realms and love returning to the innate wisdom and simplicity of the body. Welcoming all of people and providing a safe space for expression and reflection. Realizing where we are giving our power away and letting outside influences drain our energy and bringing in more of that pure childhood excitement and curiosity into our everyday lives.
